Bathing
If you love swimming, sun bathing and water sports then Mácha’s region is a fantastic place to be. It has plenty of lakes, with many possibilities for using the various open-air swimming areas, which largely have sandy banks. And there are many activities for passing free time. Apart from bathing, these swimming areas offer other water sports and a range of services including boarding and lodging in campsites and many cultural and sporting activities. The public outdoor swimming pools operate during the summer season, which runs from May to September. Entrance to the beaches usually requires an admission fee. Apart of these outdoor swimming pools with their resorts and services, there are plenty of other small, romantic beaches hidden along the quiet shores. Of course it is not possible to bathe in areas where the lake forms part of protected nature reserve. But those who prefer bathing in outdoor pools instead of in the countryside will not be short of places to swim. And in the event of unpleasant weather there are indoor pools in the towns of Česká Lípa and Stráž pod Ralskem.

The outdoor swimming pool, with padding pool, is in the area of Hotel Port. The depth of the swimming pool is 1.30m and the length is 14m. The water is beautifully clear, with sun bathing in gorgeously green surroundings.
INDOOR SWIMMING POOLS
The size of the swimming pool is 25×12m and the depth is 90cm to 1.6m.
