INTERNATIONAL JAZZ DAY IN DUBÁ
A two - day festival of jazz music. It takes palce over the second weekend in August in the summer cinema at Autocemp Nedamov.
TRÉGLOVA BĚLÁ
A three - day theatre festival organised by amateur troupes. It takes place at the end of November in Bělá pod Bezdězem. The tropes ask for advice from theatre lecturers after their performances.
FOLLOWING MÁCHA
These cultural activities in Macha´s region take place in April and May and the highlight is the night climb on Bezděz hill at the end of May. On Castle Bezděz exhibitions, concerts and programme of literature and drama take place. Repeat visitors recive commemorative certificates and various gifts that will provide lasting memories of Mácha.
TOWN FEASTS IN ČESKÁ LÍPA
The area of castle Lipý in Česká Lípa was made accessible to the public in 2003. A wide range of cultural activities takes palce here, these include a passion play during Easter and town festival in June. There are town feasts in Doksy, Bělá pod Bezdězem and Dubá too.
